Our Commitment to Excellence
Richard, David and Simon established Radius Consulting Ltd in 2024 bringing together our combined experience of leading healthcare capital projects. In April 2025 Toby joined Radius Consulting adding depth to our service offering.
Our Director’s experience comes from decades of working in businesses that have provided Development Consultancy, Project Management, Architectural Services and Healthcare Planning giving us a broad reach of leadership skills in the Health & Social Care Sector.
Fulfilling consultancy and interim roles including Programme Director, Project Director, Specialist Adviser & Health Planner to our clients, we run multiple programmes for our Clients in relationships that have developed over decades.
Before and since forming Radius Consulting, our Directors have fulfilled roles for Department of Health & Social Care, NHS England, NHS Improvement, NHS Trusts, NHS Foundation Trusts and a variety of Private Healthcare Providers. We have lead projects that have delivered hundreds of millions of pounds of investment into health and social care in the UK.
Our structure allows us to deploy resources according to need, when we formed Radius Consulting in 2024 our directors had already extensively worked together from within other organisations, meaning we know each other’s strengths and draw on these to provide an holistic and complete service for our Clients.

We are currently fulfilling consultancy positions for Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (Interim Director for the Capital Programme) Shrewsbury & Telford Hospitals NHS Trust (Project Director), Cambridgeshire Community Servies NHS Trust (Project Director) The Dudley Group NHS Trust (Surplus Land advisor) Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust (Surplus Land adviser) & New Victoria Hospital (Development Consultant).
